At Maysa Official, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in ensuring that every abaya is crafted with quality and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Tags and labels must be intact and not removed.

  • You must request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized or made-to-order abayas are non-refundable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at maysaofficial.pk@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 0333 3807464 with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (provided via email).

  4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if available in stock)

  • Wrong or defective items

To request an exchange, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and our team will guide you through the process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
Send us clear photos of the product and packaging to maysaofficial.pk@gmail.com  we’ll review your case and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Gift cards

  • Custom-made or personalized abayas

  • Items returned after the 3-day window

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, the order cannot be canceled.
